What do I do when I’m stuck?

There are a number of things to do when you’re stuck. Writing consistently for long periods of time is hard. But worth it. Believe it or not it does get easier… at least in hindsight.

During those “blank” times it helps to try a writing exercise or journal about something else for a few minutes to clear your block. Some times going to the kitchen to get a glass of water helps too. The brain loves water!
